Set on a quiet canal street, it is just 3 blocks from the sugary-white sand that makes ClearwaterBeach one of the top 5 beaches in America!  It is also within walking distance of all the great restaurants, shops, and excursions on ClearwaterBeach.  Attraction information and local maps will be provided for you.  You can take the trolley (for a minimal fee) anywhere on the beach, even to the grocery store!  This home is close enough to all the action, when you want it, but far enough away to enjoy some serenity as well.

Beach chairs are provided, kid fishing poles are available with some tackle, gas grill provided on 1^st floor patio.  Plenty of beach towels are provided for beach or pool use.   Community pool (shared by 8 other units) is just steps from your 1^st floor patio, and visible from the balcony, master bedroom, or rooftop!  Balcony off family room provides seating for 4 to watch the fish jump, dolphins roll and all the scenic views of the Intercoastal Waterway.

This 2,300 sq. foot home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a 2 car garage with parking for 2 more vehicles in the drive way.  The master bedroom (located on the 3^rd floor), is furnished with gorgeous new Tommy Bahama furniture, has a king sized bed, T.V. with digital cable and a DVD player.  There is a large walk-in closet and another smaller closet, both with plenty of hangers. The master bathroom is completely luxurious with his & her sinks/vanities, water closet, glassed-in shower, and a jetted-Jacuzzi tub.

The “cottage room” (on the 3^rd floor) is decorated with off-white cottage furniture and a nautical theme.  Two twin beds are great for kids or adults.  The armoire houses a T.V. with digital cable and a Nintendo 64 game console with several games for your use.  There is a full private bath attached with bath tub/shower.

The “shell room” (on the 2^nd floor, off the kitchen) has two twin beds, which can be made into a king bed (you specify before check in and it will be arranged to your liking).  The huge walk-in closet provides plenty of storage and hangers for your use.  There is a full bathroom with tub/shower and pedestal sink.

The family room has a leather sleeper sofa, which can pull out into a bed to sleep two.  All linens provided.  The beautiful glass kitchen table seats 4 – 6, while the bar can seat two more. 

Your party of 6 – 8 will be comfortable here enjoying a relaxing, luxurious vacation in beautiful ClearwaterBeach.  You will deal directly with the owner and not a management agency.  The owners will make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this magnificent vacation home.
